The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated recruiter with strong end-to-end experience to drive and support the growth of Dubbers Americas. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be working closely with key stakeholders to develop position descriptions, attract and source candidates. This will be both a varied and rewarding role, recruiting across various areas including; sales, customer support operations, and marketing.

The Role 

Key focus areas and responsibilities of the role include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to identify needs and develop position descriptions
• Assist in determining key selection criteria for candidates 
• Screen candidates, organise and conduct interviews, phone and video, identifying new ways to engage, attract, source and pipeline talent
• Proactively recruit passive talent to join the Dubber team
• Be a champion of the recruitment process, embedding and adjusting process with broader TA team to ensure best practices global recruitment 
• Ensure high touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owning full life cycle responsibilities
• Provide advice on the talent market in the Americas to Talent Acquisition, Business Stakeholders and broader business 

Skills and Experience

• 3+ years recruitment experience, MUST have experience recruiting Sales roles 
• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Tertiary level qualifications are desirable in Business, HR or related discipline 
• Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders across all levels
• Technically Savvy - comfortable with the use of multiple system and picking up quickly 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
