The Opportunity

This is an exciting and varied role as the Office Coordinator of the new Dubber London office. We are looking for a self-driven, resourceful and proactive individual to design and deliver an awesome office experience. You will have an entrepreneurial spirit and use your intuition to react with appropriate urgency to emerging situations, be able to complete multiple high-priority tasks efficiently, and be comfortable to make decisions for the office. Supporting the Dubbers senior leadership and executive leadership team, you will be comfortable in communicating with people at all levels and have the ability and flexibility to adapt to different approaches and work styles.

What will the role look like

You will be running our London office on the ground, some of your days will involve;

  • Manage office access for external and internal visitors to the office 
  • Manage the meeting room booking system, ensure meeting rooms are always prepared 
  • Receive, sort & distribute mail deliveries/collections
  • Ensure fridges and cupboards are stocked, equipment is set up and AV is operational 
  • Liaise with contractors and building management to ensure facilities are well maintained
  • Support Leadership with diary management and meeting coordination, coordinating conflicting schedules, organising and attending meetings, set agendas and minute actions
  • Assist with onboarding of new starters in the London office, liaising with Talent team 
  • Coordinate team, partner and company events and arrange business lunches and dinners for the team’s as directed

  • You’re a people person, you have excellent communication skills and build instant rapport
  • You are professional, you pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service internally and externally
  • You are enthusiastic in your approach to work with a positive work ethic
  • You're local to London and able to work in an office-based role Monday to Friday
