What we’re doing
As a Marketing Analyst, you will work within our Customer Analytics & Insights team mostly across our Developer, Commercial and Media lines of business but sometimes supporting Residential. You will analyse customer and market trends to inform product development, support customer relationship, marketing effectiveness.
Working closely with the GTM and Marketing teams to drive marketing effectiveness and capability through the development of customer/market/competitor insights. Your mission is to help us reimagine the way we provide insights, while supporting the day-to-day activities of the broader team
While no two days are ever the same, you’ll:
Look after the delivery of analytics & reporting to meet marketing & product needs and drive strategic decision making
Analyse, evaluate and report on customer behaviour, market conditions and competitor performance to identify opportunities and support the development of business strategies.
Support the development of Customer and Market segmentation models to enhance sales/marketing/product strategies, identify business opportunities and to enhance customer behavioural communications and customer targeting
Collaborate with marketing comms to support the development of personalised/tailored customer communications and messaging through behaviour profiling
Support & own the development and iteration of collateral and GTM tools such as Sales Preso. Responsible for sourcing data and supporting design and development.
Support the improvement and utilisation of key customer information and marketing databases e.g. Sales Force, Principle Database, etc to enhance direct to customer communications capability
Who we’re looking for:
A relationship builder, someone who can work closely with key stakeholders
Looks at tricky situations through a solutions-focused lens
Proven track record in developing and delivering commercial business outcomes
Someone who has strong technical capability & knowledge in ETL, Tableau, Excel, Tableau & SQL
First class communication – written, verbal and presenting skills
Someone who is proactive, curious, a relationship builder and has strong influencing skills
Ability to collaborate in a complex, fast paced business
3+ Years experience in Data & Analytics
