The primary objective of this role is to drive profitable growth throughout the region by managing your own territory, generating new business, and leading the design and implementation of sales plans to optimise the performance of our highly talented sales team. Your main responsibilities also include managing the sales administration function and operational performance of the team, streamlining processes where possible, and maximising customer & business relationships.



You are motivated and energetic, and have a successful track record in achieving sales targets, as well as an ability to lead a high performing sales team. You will support the achievement and implementation of the business strategic objectives and achieve growth leveraging your network and knowledge of the region. You can manage performance, and have well-honed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, a commitment to a high level of customer service and the desire to excel at what you do.

Exposure to sales in the industrial packaging, aged care, contract cleaning and food processing industries is highly desirable, however, other industries where you have had to work with consumable products from initial product cost to customer pricing will also be valuable.

The other essentials we are looking for:

  • High energy and willingness to be part of a high performing sales team
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving retention and sales targets
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license
