This Social Media Specialist and Content Writing role is responsible for:
- Writing, managing, and publishing compelling content, such as customer stories/case studies, SEO articles, e-books, videos, emails, and more.
- Covering key industry trends for demand generation, email marketing, marketing analytics, digital advertising, and digital marketing.
- Showcasing our expertise in smooth business operations, CRM, and/or any subject that we should be qualified to talk to, or would benefit our customers.
- Fostering trust in our Brand and making us accessible to our stakeholders
- Providing useful content and messaging at the right time to the right people.
- Promoting our Brand and Product throughout the buyer's journey

To remove or reduce friction for leads, customers, and partners through our communications, with a particular focus on our onboarding, sales, & support teams.

Key Objectives Outcomes 
- Manage & Report on all Social Media Channels
- Drive an increase of all our Marco Conversions being Webinar registrations, calls to enquire, Trial Signup, and Online Purchases.
- Curate content and Ads for all Social Media Channels and Paid Advertising.
- Help design content strategy that supports Brand enhancement, Lead Acquisition, Retention, and Expansion.
- Write Content for the Website, Newsletters, Blogs, and all communication touch-points that the business has with its key stakeholders.
- Extract key topical information from any forum where our target market resides to better understand and curate content.
- Create content that reduces questions to support and sales teams and aides conversion.

Knowledge & Experience 
- Strong business acumen with SME business understanding
- Be a great storyteller, provide clear instructional content, and know when to use which.
- Knowledge of the web, forums, social media and SEM fundamentals
- Working knowledge of CRM and or products that SMEs would use would be an advantage.
- Understand the fundamentals influencers of getting users through each stage of a sales funnel, and conversion optimization techniques that we might use to achieve this aim.
- Experience managing, moderating and driving online-based communities and social media.
- Experience working with a wide variety of tools for online interaction, from message boards to blogs to chat to social network tools.
- Previous work in a Small Business or Start-up will help to empathize with our customers.
- Expertise in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, PPC, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics
- Proven experience developing content delivery schedules and plans that deliver commercial outcomes
- Familiarity with current web standards for useability and accessibility, and relevant legislation (e.g. spam, privacy legislation).
- Strong planning and organizational skills in a cross-functional environment.
- Collaborative creative skills

Professional Tertiary Qualifications 
Tertiary education or experience equivalent in a business, or marketing qualification or commensurate digital marketing experience.

- Close attention to detail, deadlines, and quality.
