The opportunity
What an opportunity! The Vertical Operations Manager will be responsible for working with sales leadership to drive the forecasting cadence and effective operating rhythm. The role will be across the initiatives across the broader Operations & Enablement team to ensure they are on track. The role will be aligned to the key commercial outcomes of the vertical and ensure the Operational and Enablement functions are working to these outcomes. A primary function of the role is to designing best practice sales workflows, working to automate the outcomes in CRM and deliver insights into the vertical decision makers. 

What we'd love you to bring
- 7+ years experience with strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Ability to operate strategically and strong understanding of sales selling motion and operational cadence.
- Ability to problem solve and think critically on issues and translate to operational work to achieve desired outcome. 
- Proficient in MS products (Powerpoint, Excel etc).
- Ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of the organisation.
- Experience with process improvement and change management projects (Six Sigma).
- Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous).
- Be able to self manage and work within an operational team of business partners, but equally at a senior leader level.
