We blend agile, design thinking and lean then apply these to meaningful problems in Healthcare, Education, Aged Care and beyond. We operate a flat structure built around stable, sticky teams and this role will be part of our journey of expanding and scaling this model as we grow. You’ll not only help our clients apply and improve agile approaches but also your own internal squad as we continue trying new ideas, failing and learning together. 

The role isn’t about having a set number of years experience, but we do expect you to be able to share your stories of helping teams improve and navigate challenging & complex projects. We hire people with an aptitude for helping teams deliver complex projects and find new ways of solving familiar problems.
Whilst we’re expecting a good level of familiarity with Agile principles and practices, we’re more interested in your ability to understand the intent behind Agile methods and focus on making sure we’re delivering great outcomes for customers.

Above all, you are comfortable facilitating group conversations and interested in exploring new techniques to improve team collaboration.

About you

    • You have experience working with a number of different Agile teams and a track record of successfully delivering a variety different projects
    • Based on your experience, you know what ‘good’ Agile team delivery looks and feels like
    • You have strong organisational and communication skills
    • You bring a collaborative approach to working; you prefer working in a team than on your own
    • We work on complex technical projects, so you’ll be need to be confident in explaining technical best practices and be able to create space for our technical craftspeople to do their thing
    • You’re a natural at facilitating group sessions
    • You’re curious and not afraid to ask pertinent questionsYou understand servant leadership and naturally seek out ways to help people bring their best to every project

Even better if

    • You’ve got a strong level of technical understanding; you don’t need to be an engineer, but you do need to have an appreciation and empathy for the craft of data analytics and software development
    • You are familiar with BI and data analytics projects and the patterns of development used in these areas
