Our Change and Organisation Design team are embedding how change is designed, delivered, and measured across the enterprise, working on significant transformation programs of work. Engaging with teams across the Enterprise to prioritise and drive alignment of change that is timely, minimising risk, realising the benefits, and most importantly ensuring these changes land positively with our people.
We currently have two Change Lead opportunities available, one permanent and one for 12 months fixed term.
The permanent Change Lead role will partner with our enablement and supporting functions across the enterprise to drive and support changes within these divisions. You’ll bring your expert engagement skills to partner closely with leadership teams across a broad group of stakeholders. Focusing on the people side of change to support delivery of new systems and technology, ways of working, job roles, and organisational structures.
The 12-month fixed term Change Lead role will partner our consumer division with retail banking as a core stakeholder group. You will be instrumental in helping to understand our employees experience with change and driving strategies to enhance capacity for change working across other programs to ensure alignment. With your expert knowledge of best practice change management strategies and frameworks you will foster a culture of leader led change, empowering others as change champions.

Ideally these roles will be based in one of our main office locations in Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide, Brisbane, or Sydney for the days that you’re in the office, noting that hybrid ways of working are core to how we operate today.
