YOUR ROLE

As one of the front-line people in our business, you will have a direct influence on the quality and satisfaction levels of our loyal customer-base and suppliers.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, part of your day-to-day will involve processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, maintaining the online ordering system, and actioning inbound calls regarding a variety of our products and services. You will also be required to check orders in the warehouse from time-to-time.

Your role is vital in delivering an efficient, accurate and timely service through face-to-face, phone and email interactions. Applications are also open to entry level candidates as on-the-job training is provided.

 

ABOUT YOU

You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers and your ability to manage your time will see you through your busy day.

 

The other essentials we are looking for are:

  • Prior experience in customer service (retail or office based) advantageous
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Team player and able to think outside the box
  • Friendly and willingness to learn
  • Computer literate

 

The following is advantageous but not essential:

  • Experience using PRONTO
  • Experience with Glencore order entry
  • Experience with data entry
