We are seeking a proactive Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and assist our sales leadership and sales teams in delivering on our sales strategy. This role will see you work with our Head of Enterprise and Head of Account Management in delivering sales planning and analysis techniques.
You will be responsible for streamlining policies and procedures in sales forecasting, analysis, reporting and communications. In addition, take a data driven approach to develop a well-structured sales optimization process, analysing team performance and enhancing the team’s productivity.
This role is based in our brand new Sydney CBD offices, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse sales data for all forecasting of sales and track metrics such as retention, new sales, pipeline growth, quota attainment and collection, consolidation and generation of weekly sales results for reporting.
  • Compile key data points related to performance against sales objectives.
  • Be the ultimate product owner and SME of our Salesforce CRM and support all projects involving Salesforce across the business.
  • Support sales teams by overseeing the sales funnel and making data-driven decisions and recommendations to streamline and optimise sales processes.
  • Work closely with other team members and the business to further develop metrics, performance indicators, analytics and dashboards to provide performance measurement and drive business performance through deep business insights and drive for our go to market sales strategy.

What you'll need:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree preferred but not essential.
  • 3+ years in a Sales Operations OR Salesforce Administrator role with implementation experience.
  • People management experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The ability to manage and lead projects in a fast paced environment.
