About the role

Whether that be through the Distributed Housing Development initiative, the Rural Migration Program, or the Small-Town Retail Development project, in this exciting opportunity, your work with us goes way beyond banking.
As the Branch Manager, you will spend a large portion of your time utilising your business development skills to build long-term connections with local community groups, stakeholders and partners to drive business opportunities for the branch(es).
This position is located at the Rupanyup, Minyip and Edenhope branches and time will be spent across each of these branches on a weekly basis. The role is Full time with a roster of 76 hours per fortnight however Part time options will also be considered, working a minimum of 8 days (60 hours) per fortnight.
