As part of the Bunzl Group, Bunzl Safety is a manufacturing, import and wholesale business, specialising in the provision of reputable, quality, and innovative branded products, including Mack footwear, WS clothing, Beaver lifting & materials handling, Beaver load restraint, B-Safe height safety, onsite services, and Frontier personal protective equipment.



Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will assist the service co-ordination team with the daily scheduling, reporting and invoicing of customer service activities.


Some day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Providing inspection reports within 48 hours of job completion
  • Conducting weekly invoicing of all service work
  • Quoting failed items within a 48-hour period
  • Booking travel and inductions for Field Testing Officers and other branch staff when required



You’ll have the motivated and adaptable mindset that we live and breathe here at Bunzl, as well as experience in administration and customer service. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task are also a must. It would also be desirable if you had an understanding of Microsoft Excel and are competent in online data entry. This role is also open to candidates who have a background in working as a receptionist or in other clerical positions.
