About the role

The Customer Service Officer, is the face of our business and gives customers a positive experience every time they interact with our brand. You will be providing an exceptionally high level of customer service and building strong relationships, while delivering core banking services. We are seeking someone with a strong interest in local community initiatives.

This position is a great career opportunity and will ideally suit someone to further develop their skills within banking and looking for long term career development.

This position is located at our Stanthorpe branch. The role is part-time position. The roster is up to 47.5 hours per fortnight.

About you

We’re looking for someone keen to learn and progress in their career. We are looking for applicants with:

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve service targets
  • Solid track record of service excellence
  • Banking Product knowledge is desirable, but we are willing to train the right person
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Some banking experience will be highly regarded, but not essential

We are also open to considering someone currently at university looking to establish a career in banking whilst completing their studies. Or return to work parents looking for a part-time re-entry into the workforce.
