An exciting opportunity has become available to join our high-performing Sales team as National Key Account Manager, where you will maintain the relationship and sell the benefits for Bunzl's supply service to major new accounts within the Retail & Hospitality market in Australia, based in Melbourne.

  • Retention and growth of key existing corporate accounts.
  • Help buyers to discover the value they can gain from Bunzl as a supply partner
  • Build strategic relationships across multiple levels with key strategic customers
  • Review existing business to ensure commercial objectives are met
  • Work and lead local Account Managers and branches to drive the key account strategy



Your self-driven nature combined with your passion for building strong face-to-face relationships be crucial to your success in this role, and your resilience and determination will allow you to change the status quo;

  • You will have a proven ability to sell a differentiated service at a premium in a B2B environment, preferably within 3PL, Retail Supply Chain or Hospitality environment
  • Tertiary qualifications within a relevant field will also be highly regarded, as will experience in the effective utilisation of resources in a dynamic business.
  • You will have strong analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills in order to win the hearts, minds and trust of your prospects.
  • You will be as strong a listener as you are a speaker, with the ability to recognise the customer's needs and close the sale.
  • A current, valid Driver's Licence will be required, along with computer literacy
