The Customer Service Consultant will be the first point of contact for our customers that use our Class suite of products/platforms. As well as providing software application support, you will also resolve complex problems relating to our products or software.
This role is permanent full-time and offers the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days per week. Our offices are based in Sydney CBD.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and log customer enquiries received via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist with the development of training material for new and existing features and/or processes.
  • Participate in testing during the regular software release cycles.
  • Raise system issues, enhancement requests, and provide product feedback for review & validation.

Requirements:

  • A formal degree\certificate qualification in Accounting OR experience working in the accounting industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent written and oral communication skills,
  • Ability to listen and ask probing questions to understand customer concerns
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and determine resolutions to complex issues and communicate those resolutions to all.
  • Collaborative approach to problem solving and helping other team members.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an ex Accountant who wants to move into a Customer Service role but still use their Accounting skills OR if you are passionate about Accounting and have previously worked in that area and you feel your next move is with a fintech business, please get in touch!
