About the role

As our Marketing Coordinator – Digital & Communications you will support the implementation of Delphi Bank’s digital and communications marketing strategy that delivers effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to help us grow.   As a member of a small marketing unit that manages an entire brand you will gain wide exposure to many aspects of a marketing function and become an integral part of a fun and creative team.

In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering on-brand marketing assets and communications for digital mediums as well as print, that help attract, inspire, and maintain relationships with our customers, community groups and partners. Material could be in both English and Greek languages and ranges from brand awareness and product promotion to internal communication and compliance documentation. This involves the delivery of all visual content and communications consistent with our style guide and strategic approach across social media, website, EDM, digital and print collateral. 

You will also be accountable for the development and execution of communication plans across both internal and external channels and be actively involved in the implementation of the Bank’s marketing strategies, programs and other special projects.  

 

This position is a maximum term contract until 30 Jan 2023, based in the Delphi Bank Head Office (Rialto Tower). It is a full-time position with flexible work options, and you will be need to have flexibility to attend after hours functions/events and be actively involved in community engagement activities that make a difference.

 

 

About you:

Aligned with our brand, you will have a general understanding of the Hellenic culture to strengthen your ties with the local community.  It would be highly advantageous to have the ability to read and write in Greek to enable proofing of material that has been translated to Greek. 

Plus:

  • Experience in a marketing role including creation of print and digital marketing assets and solid understanding of marketing campaign development and strategy.
  • Strong working knowledge of online, social and digital marketing and communication channels, and understanding of online and social analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with exceptional written commutation skills and the ability to collaborate with others and be a team player
  • Ability to operate independently within an established framework, prioritise competing work demands and meet deadlines
  • High competency across MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
  • Understanding of design techniques and principles including format, print and production - advantageous
