About the role   

As Assistant Branch Manager at Marriott Waters Community Bank you will play a key role in driving your branch and community forward, delivering tailored financial solutions to your customers. You'll play a major part in the customer experience by helping to build the 'balance sheet' of each customer you work with and be committed to meeting the needs of both new and existing customers. You'll also provide financial expertise in a range of lending products and services, including consumer lending, insurance and wealth management. 


You'll be the 2IC within the branch responsible for leading your motivated team to deliver exceptional service and sales results.  You will have the ability to lead staff to cater for current requirements of the branch and prepare them for long term expectations.  


This position is at the Marriott Waters Community Bank, located in Lyndhurst within the Marriott Waters Shopping Centre.  The role is Permanent, full-Time. The roster being 76 hours per fortnight. 


About you  

  • Knowledge of Loan Application Processing Systems and knowledge of Branch operations is desired but not essential. 

  • Experience in Residential or Commercial lending is essential. 

  • Ability to clearly communicate set targets and keep your teams accountable. 

  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing strategies to maintain and build business growth. 

  • Highly developed relationship building skills; proactively developing valued internal and external networks and community partnerships.
