About the Role
In this role, you will support the evolution of Canva’s Global Workforce team. Our global contractors, hiring teams, and wider groups will be your key stakeholders for this role.
You’ll be the first point of contact for all Contingent Worker requests coming through our intake system, working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders such as IT, Finance, Legal, and leaders to deliver exceptional end-to-end Contingent Worker onboarding experiences
You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, supporting the day-to-day delivery of our Contingent Workforce operational support across all our global regions. If your sweet spot is at the intersection of people, process and technology, and you get a kick out of delivering value to customers, streamlining processes and problem solving for scale, this is the role for you.
About the candidateThe Shared Service Sourcing Specialist role is responsible for driving and supporting sourcing and contractor requests in the low and high-impact stream of Canva.
We are also looking for someone who resonates with Canva values and has the following personal traits:
