About you
You will be a competent and experienced program controls manager, with relevant project experience contributing to leadership, strategy and delivery of a complex sustainment organisation, preferably within Defence and/ or maritime disciplines.
You will be an exceptional leader with negotiation and communication skills that are second to none. You will promote a strong and balanced organisational culture driven by clear and cohesive engagement.
About the role
Reporting to the Program Delivery Director WAMA (Warship Asset Management Agreement), you will have overall responsibility for implementing and managing program wide control procedures for Babcock within the WAMA Alliance, and lead operational tasks in the areas of cost, schedule and document control in order to meet program performance objectives and all associated reporting.
You will promote a performance driven and cohesive Alliance culture, delivering value for money outcomes and develop and implement further business strategy in pivotal areas of our business.
Your leadership skills will see you engage and foster a continuous improvement culture whilst delivering accurate budgetary and financial reporting, meeting or exceeding the Alliance targets.
This role is based in Henderson, Western Australia.
