Where the team fits in
Financial Services sits at the unique juncture of REA Group's vast consumer audience on realestate.com.au, the nationally recognised Mortgage Choice brand, and the unparalleled property data and insights offered by PropTrack. We are working to bring these elements together to deliver true innovation in how Australians find and finance property. The Financial Services team collaborates closely with our stakeholders to build and deliver ground-breaking property finance experiences for Australian borrowers. Combining cutting-edge technology, financial expertise, strong relationships with our national broker network and a team of fantastic people, Financial Services will empower you to experience a different kind of career.
The Operations team provide support and coaching across administration, compliance, technical assistance, and business processes. They are dedicated and passionate about delivering outstanding experience and seeing our brokers succeed. The teams work closely with our network to ensure the smooth running of their franchise businesses and support them in achieving process improvements and enhancements.
What the role is all about
Coordinate project management activities, meetings, resources, equipment and information
Track project process against agreed timelines
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Update project documentation – decision register, actions, timelines, minutes, reports
Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
Analyse, identify and communicate risks and opportunities
Who we’re looking for
Enjoys working in fast paced environment with lots of change and variety
A structured and process oriented person
Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong administration and documentation skills
Attention to detail
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Experience tracking actions and deliverables across multiple projects concurrently is highly desirable.
Ideally you will have experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday, Sharepoint and/or Trello)
