We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our finance team as a GST (Goods and Services Tax) Specialist. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for optimising all aspects of GST compliance and reporting.  This role requires an individual with a strong background in GST regulations and a keen eye for detail, who is looking for a role where they are able to apply their expertise in an environment that is strongly purpose driven.

Key accountabilities

  • GST Compliance - review the current body of information to ensure that all companies within the Mable Group are compliant with GST regulations.
  • Process Improvement - identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to streamline GST related processes.
  • Audit Preparation - ensure that all policy and process documentation relating to GST is up to date and accurate.

Skills, knowledge and experience

  • Proven experience in GST compliance and reporting
  • In depth knowledge of GST laws and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
