As the Branch Manager for FRSA, your main responsibility will be to spearhead the daily operations at the branch, execute regional and national strategic plans, and unify the functions of different departments to provide optimal service to our customers. You'll have full P&L accountability and be committed to achieving operational and safety KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and sustain a branch capable of delivering comprehensive product & service packages to our customers.
  • Oversee and optimize margins and customer profitability.
  • Advocate for and enforce a safety-first culture within the branch.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with key customers to grow existing business.
  • Design and implement systems for monitoring service, product, and pricing effectiveness to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Direct and motivate a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with service delivery standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between the branch and head office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Recruit, retain, and inspire a talented team of professionals.
  • Monitor and uphold performance standards among employees.
  • Control business costs through efficient stock management and coordinated logistics.
  • Collaborate with National Managers to achieve business expansion targets.
  • Conduct regular follow-up audits and other duties as assigned by your manager.



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager with a proven track record of delivering results and leading high-performing teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Secondary School completion or equivalent; tertiary qualification in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a P&L.
  • Skilled in B2B market management across multiple customer segments and products.
  • Strong commercial and sales acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional time-management skills.
