About the role
Based at any of our head office locations, this full-time, permanent BEN+ Delivery Lead role reports to the Program Director with key responsibilities relating to supporting the day-to-day leadership of the delivery requirements arising from the BEN+ streams.
You will drive the leadership of multiple Delivery Managers and work closely with Change Managers, Communications Managers and Learning Managers. You will achieve this through possessing strong delivery leadership expertise, people strategies and practices experience, and extensive consulting and stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders, specialists and providers.
You will be responsible for Stakeholder Engagement and will require you to engage with leaders across the Enterprise, understand their business, identify the barriers to delivery and develop a detailed approach to address the needs of our people and customers.
